Freelance & Master Service Agreements
Formalities regarding custom development and client engagements
Discovery & Proposals: Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a binding development contract.
Binding Agreements: Custom Next.js, Payload CMS, MERN, or DevOps engagements are executed via a dedicated Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Milestones & Payments: Scope of work, deposit requirements, milestone deliverables, and code repository transfer terms are specified in individual client contracts.
